CLOTHING
We recommend wearing suitable attire, for example, shorts and a T-shirt, as you may have to remove clothing to assess your injury.

Please note if you are 16 years or younger, you will need to bring a guardian
or chaperone along with you.
The physiotherapist has the right to refuse treatment if unaccompanied.

A special discounted rate is offered to States of Jersey Emergency Services personnel,
including prison officers and customs and immigration officers.

Augre Physiotherapy Ltd is registered with all major private health insurance providers.
Please note that your policy is between yourself and the provider. We do not liaise with your provider and need you to have contacted your provider and been given an authorisation number prior to treatment.

It is our policy to invoice your insurance provider directly unless otherwise stated.
If your insurance company fails to pay for your treatment, you will be liable for paying fees in full.

Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your appointment, we require 24 hours' notice.
We reserve the right to charge the full fee if you do not attend or cancel within this time frame.
